		Organizing Chairman: Tham Chee Wah Being the CEO of the convention. He oversees the working committee and ensures that everything and everyone works together to get one, and only one result – a great Convention.
	Venue Director: K. Loghandran The man who stands between the Convention Venue and everyone else in the Organizing Committee. He ensures that every piece of equipment or facility, from microphones to flowers is in the right place at the right time to be used by the right people.
		Sponsorship / Welcome Nite Director: Sheila Wong A very important person who ensures that a vital ingredient of a successful Convention is in ample supply. She handles all sponsorship drives and liaison with all companies sponsoring the Convention. She also wears another hat to ensure that everyone at the Convention has a grand time at the Welcome Night.
	Advertising & Public Relations Director / Opening Ceremony Director: Kiang Faang Pyng A lady with the challenging task of ensuring that everyone, everywhere knows about the Convention and is there for it. She does it by handling all the advertising and promotion in all possible forms from newspapers to videos to paper brochures.
		Treasurer: Irene Khoo A very disciplined person who ensures that the vital ingredient of the Convention, the money, gets spent as it should be, no more and no less than is needed.
	Secretary: Patricia Tan This critical person makes sure that the hundreds of important things in the organizing of the Convention are recorded permanently in black and white so that they get done at the right time, by the right people.
		Education Director: Dr. J. Reddy The man who ensures that all the Toastmasters delegates learn as well as enjoy the Convention. He ensures that quality speakers are arranged to deliver quality educational sessions, so that delegates can learn with pleasure.
	Speech Contest Director: Ong Siew Chien The co-ordinator of the International Speech Contest, she is responsible for ensuring that one of the Convention highlights is carried out effectively and fairly. She liaises with the LGET for contest procedures and take note of the appointment of contest chair and judges as advised by LGET.
		Installation Banquet Director: Celine Teh This lady is charged with ensuring that the leadership of the District is installed with grace and decorum. In addition she sets the stage for the District’s high achievers to be recognized in a way which recognizes all their hard work.
	Closing Ceremony: Sivalingam Everything that begins must have an ending, so the pressure is on him to end the last day of the Convention on a high note. He works closely with the Contest Director to provide the right atmosphere and feel for the International Speech Contest, and ensuring the Convention ends on a high note.
		District Executive / Council Meeting Director: Dr. Arul He takes care of everything for the district executive/council meeting. Among his tasks are stage arrangement, seating arrangement, mike and sound system, protocol and work closely with the District Secretary to ensure the smooth transition between Credential Desk, meetings and elections.
	Awards & Recognition Director: Low Yat Seow A man charged with ensuring that the District’s high achievers are recognized appropriately, by working closely with the Installation Banquet Director. He ensures that everything from certificates to plaques to suitable presenters are there to make the awards presentation a memorable one.
		Program Director: LeAnne Tang A Convention can’t work without coordination, and this lady’s task is to ensure that every event during the Convention meshes like clockwork. She is also responsible for ensuring that every delegate leaves with a tangible memory, by putting together the Convention souvenir programme.
	Mandarin Session Directors: Jamie Koy & Yap Lee Sam These two ladies are in-charge of all the events for the mandarin session ranging from Mandarin Educational Workshop to Mandarin Speech Contest.
