Why the collaboration with
Toastmasters International District 51 PanSea KL2002 Convention? Every year, Toastmasters holds the Annual Convention so that the top officials will meet with the club members to discuss and table matters relating to club growth and educational progress. District 51 has been a unique combination where all the clubs under the District come from 5 different countries, namely, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong. Sponsor Highlights What an electrifying seminar Lawrence Walter Ng conducted at the Holiday Villa Hotel, Subang Jaya, on August 29, 2000! He captivated the hearts and minds of 200 participants in an uplifting 3 hour presentation. Review of the facilitator and his seminar was extremely encouraging. The general comment from the participants had been that it was worth their time and money. To top it all, participants felt with the Toastmasters word on their lips; the objectives of Toastmasters in their mind. Lawrence Walter Ng is not a Toastmaster, but he helped us spread the good name of Toastmasters International through his seminar. Thanks to Lawrence Walter Ng, we managed to raise our first sizeable amount of funds. This will used to help us design and develop a more attractive Convention Program for PanSea KL2002. We will keep you informed of what is in store for you at a later date. The success of 'Be A Mental Warrior' seminar had been the result of hard work of a team of very committed Toastmasters who had spent time and effort in organizing it. |
